A business consultant and a long term resident living and working in the Inland Empire providing consulting services with emphasis in healthcare, Ms. Fuller boasts over 24 years of experience, which she and her supporters believe is invaluable to deliver the changes citizens desire in quality healthcare, education and the environment.

Mrs. Fuller is the endorsed candidate of the California State Democratic Party. According to Ms. Fuller, "These challenges take the support of all Californians. Our children and teachers will suffer if we allow our representatives to cut education funding. As State Senator I will protect education and introduce legislation to promote quality education for all Californians. As State Senator I will introduce legislation to promote preventative healthcare and nutrition programs, which reduce the overall cost of healthcare."

California Clean Air and Water

In district 31 we are facing serious environmental issues with dust emissions which, are destroying our quality air caused by companies that are not adhering to standards for quality air control. I have attended many forums on this issue in district 31 and I am following up with AQMD to ensure that the standards are met. AQMD recently released new regulatory requirements to control dust control and measure the ongoing affects on the constituents in district 31. As State Senator I will continue to promote air quality issues to ensure clean quality air standards are met and to reduce the number of health related issues from dust emissions.

Education
California Education, a General Statement

I believe lack of quality education due to the lack of appropriate funding for the programs that will be beneficial to the children in California. In addition, keeping our children safe is a challenge in today's schools this issue must be a top priority.

Reducing the number of teen drop-out rates and teen pregnancies, and low academic scores. These are the challenges we face and I will introduce legislation that address these problems develop solutions and implement programs that work.

California Health, a General Statement

I support a viable universal health plan for all Californians.

My knowledge and experience in health care is to review cost efficiency.

We can reduce our costs by expanding preventive healthcare coverage.

We can reduce our hospital costs by expanding outpatient services.

We can reduce costs if all Americans are provided with regular check-ups and health screenings.

We can reduce costs by offering nutrition courses to teach families how to cook and eat healthier.

California Housing, a General Statement

In district 31 we need to address lending practices and credit requirements. Review guidelines for refinancing homes in California with lending institutions. Propose lease to own agreements to homeowners pending foreclosure. County by County Economic summits to address the economic crisis on the housing industry and develop updated local general plans. Propose tax incentives for home builders to create affordable green homes. Grants to Save our homes that will be utilized to convert homes to green technology in California. Changing California in the right direction.
